Before 4 years when i was trying to build a perfect body i said to myself: I want the perfect body ! Since then till now i have never trained hard or anything else and from my personal Experience these methods bellow that you gonna read will give you very good results on building healthier life and perfect body shape without any workout supplements. Cheap workout supplements from advices bellow will give you results like you have imagined with only changing couple of your normal habits.

As first post i will start with easy and good techniques how to get Perfect Girl and Perfect Male body Shape.

1. Lower the fat consumption in your organism for minimum 50%. Open your fridge and remove everything that is based on high amount of fats. Its proven to work psychologically at first but practically at second point.
2. You choose what time fits for you for at least 20 minutes physical activity. Run, Train, Walk, Get your Roller Blades and spend some time on them... basically Any Physical activity will work as long as you lose calories :)
3. In every meal eat some vegetables or fruits (focus more on vegetables because of sugars in the fruits) You supply your body with required vitamins and minerals and also fibers that helps a lot in food digestion and helping in fat burning... with one word - helping you getting to your perfect body !
4. Meat and Fish: Fish is very easy to digest for your body and it has ingredients with low fats + Omega 3 which is very good for your organism and heart + is best choice among any other meat. Practice to implement at least 2 times in the week to eat fish. Talking about other meats its very useful to focus more on chicken meat because of the healthy proteins and low fats.
5. Light Dinner. Remove any carbon hydrates from the dinner like rise, bread, some other wheat produts... Light dinner force your body to burn fats really fast after some physical activity and gives you better dream and more energy to the morning.
